Driving someone else's car

Our neighbor's son received this birthday gift from his grandparents.  Sophia and Keenan got to be passengers and then Sophia commandeered the jeep.  Sophia driving a car at age 3?  Heaven help us.  Actually, heaven help the neighbors.
