Moving on.......

We just got back from our trip to California and here are some long overdue photos of Sophia and friends.

We started out visiting friends in the Bay Area. Sophia got to meet Cameron, Faye and Merrick. Sophia was in good spirits throughout the trip but she decided that it was a good time to cling to Mom and Dad and not let ANYONE else touch her, much less pick her up.

During the trip, I turned in my equipment to the police department and cleaned out my locker. It was strange to be in the locker room as a visitor, but it was also good to close the door on that chapter of my life.

We greatly appreciated the hospitality and generosity of our friends. It was wonderful seeing everyone. More photos to come, but I will have to seperate them on different posts.
