It probably looks like she always smiles, but when she is crying (or screaming), it isn't usually photo op time, it is usually, let's figure out what is wrong and fix it time! Having said that, we do get a lot of brilliant smiles, especially today after the constipation has cleared up a little.

You may not be able to tell from the photos, but her eyelashes are exceptionally long, Kat's very jealous.
